Brittany Fields Creative Real Estate

Orbit appointment setter program

Learn real estate by actually doing it

You work the sellers who respond to our outreach, call the ones who don't, and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team — then get paid when your work contributes to a closed deal. No course to buy. No leads to find on your own.

  1. Watch the role video so you know what you're signing up for.
  2. Read the job description and make sure it's a fit.
  3. Fill out the application. It unlocks once you've watched the video. We review it, and if it looks like a fit we email you a link to book an interview.
  4. Watch your email. That booking link is the next step — check spam and Promotions too.

Still deciding? Apply anyway.

The application isn't a commitment — it's how we start the conversation. The interview is where you find out whether this is right for you, and where we answer anything the FAQ didn't. Be thorough when you fill it out: it's how we figure out where to plug you in and who should be supporting you.

After you apply, keep an eye on your email

We review every application, and if it looks like a fit we email you a link to book your interview — that link is the next step, and until you use it nothing moves. It often lands in spam or the Promotions tab, so check there before you decide you didn't hear back. It comes from Caren at caren@fieldslogistical.com, so add her to your contacts, and if a week goes by with nothing, email her and we'll resend it.

Why we're different

  • A real path to closerWe don't just teach you to make calls. We teach you to lead them — and we pay you more as you take on more responsibility.
  • Training built to be finishedModules run 10–15 minutes and go in order, so it never feels like a mountain. Stronger SOPs and onboarding than most orbit programs.
  • Open office hoursLive sessions where you get feedback on real calls. No question is too basic.
  • A team on SlackAsk a question mid-shift and get an answer from someone who's been where you are.
  • Learn and earnPerformance-based pay, no upfront cost. You don't have to know the ropes to start — that's the point.

Who this is for

Most of our setters are 18–35 and new to real estate, but we care far more about how you show up than what's on your resume.

  • Coachable. You take feedback and adjust, instead of defending the call you just made.
  • Consistent. The people who succeed here are the ones who keep dialing on the slow weeks.
  • Willing to be bad at first. Everyone is awkward on the phone at the start. It passes.
  • Equipped. A reliable computer and internet connection. You can be anywhere.
