These are the questions we get asked most. If yours isn't here, just ask — on the application, in your interview, or any time after you join. We're an open book.
Do I need real estate experience?
No. You use a provided script — no improvising, no negotiating, no closing. Your job is to find out whether someone is open to selling and book a call for our closer. The team handles everything after that.
How do I get paid?
You earn a commission on deals that close from appointments you set. This is commission-only — there is no hourly rate or base pay. You start at 5% and move up as you advance: 6%, 8%, 11%, and 15% at Senior Closer. Heads up, there is a lag between setting an appointment and a deal actually closing, so your first check will not be immediate.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no course to buy and no upfront fees. We provide the leads, the CRM, the script, and the training.
Do I have to find my own leads?
No. Leads come from expired listings with high equity, loaded into our CRM. The system reaches out first — you work the people who respond, plus the ones who don't.
I'm nervous about being on the phone. Is that a dealbreaker?
No, and almost everyone is at the start. You are not cold-pitching from a blind list. Some of the people you call have already raised a hand by texting or calling us back; the rest have been contacted by our system before you ever dial. You follow a script, and your calls get reviewed with real feedback so you actually improve. Open office hours are there when you want help with a specific call.
How much time does this take?
A minimum of 3 hours a week, or 5+ if you want to move up quickly. At around 5 hours, most consistent callers get 10 to 15 real conversations a week. It is flexible, but it isn't casual — consistency beats intensity.
Can I do this alongside a full-time job?
Yes. It is a good fit for someone with a W2 who is building skills and income on the side.
Can I eventually go do my own deals?
Yes, and we will help you get there. There is no minimum commitment and no non-compete — take what you learn and build your own thing, or stay and keep earning. The one boundary is our leads: those stay ours, and they aren't to be worked for yourself.
What do I need to get started?
A computer with reliable internet, and a phone. You can be anywhere.
How fast can I move up?
That depends entirely on you. Some people reach the next tier in about 4 weeks, others in 8 to 16. Advancement is not automatic — we review your recorded calls and do a one-on-one plus an assessment before each step.
